BAY COUNTY - Goodwill encourages all kinds of donations.

But one accurate blazon of donation has a bounded woman allurement questions.

Maxine Cecil and her granddaughter rarely leave their house.

Friday morning, Maxine had to booty her grand-daughter to the hospital.

Maxine's agony for a car led her to Goodwill.

In 2013, North Florida Goodwill accustomed 168 car donations, 30 from Panama City.

But all of those cartage wind up at Goodwill's car lot in Tallahassee, added than two hours away.
