As allotment of National Adolescent Safety Week, Los Angeles badge will accord adolescent car seats to Northridge Hospital Medical Center, Sherman Way Campus on Monday.
Officer Norman Kellems of the Valley Traffic Division will bear three adolescent seats to the parents of babies built-in today, said hospital backer Rosanne Morrison. The hospital additionally will accord babyish seats to beggared parents of added accouchement built-in today, she said.
The $150 donation, sponsored by the Badge Officers of Los Angeles County Assn., will advice low-income parents who cannot allow new car seats or are application anachronous ones, Morrison said. By law, parents charge accept car seats afore hospitals may acquittal their babies.
